I’ve been taking these for almost a month and I love them. My skin especially has felt better since I’ve been them I definitely recommend. Olly is a wonderful brand I haven’t really noticed a difference in anything besides my skin but I still think you should get them if you’re thinking about buying them.

I don’t know why I hear from so many docs that biotin is a scam. This is the only thing that’s prevented my nails from bending like paper and ripping off. Been on it for 2 months and there’s a huge difference in the strength of my nails. It’s amazing.

I’ve been using this for about 3-4 months now and my hair and nails have been growing fast. Both my hair and nails have need growing healthier and stronger. Before using this my hair wasn’t growing and my nails were brittle, peeling easily and breaking. My skin looks great. Down side I have to shave my legs and pits more often. Not a bad problem to have.

While most are on the gummy kick, I prefer taking my supplements in capsule form. These are awesome! I really like that one a day is all that you need, as a single dose contains all your essentials. They aren’t loaded up with fillers or unnecessary trend ingredients, but ones that are proven quality. My hair is full and shedding less, my nails are strong, and my skin glowing– definitely recommend 🙂

I used to take the garden of life tablets and I wanted a change so I gave these a try. Not a huge fan so think I’m going to try the Force Factor gummies next. You are supposed to swallow it but it tastes like strawberry, which is a bit odd to me. Plus it’s 30 calories which is not a big deal but, again, odd for something you just swallow. I’m sure there’s a reason but idk what it is.

If you’re looking to improve your hair and skin journey then these are a good place to start, they have a decent amount of biotin and other ingredients that help boost the health of your hair and nails and skin. After taking these I noticed a big difference in mine as well as a clearer skin during the day. Would definitely buy these again for the biotin and vitamins it contains.
