My old hub only does 2560×1440 @ 60Hz and is kind of flaky. This one connects QHD at 75Hz. Will update later about stability.

The dock is phenomenal for the price. I would recommend this to anyone trying to use a minimal laptop traveling laptop setup or even to use for your phone to use Samsung Dex for instance. See below for some detailed information on my experience.
Laptop Used: Lenovo Legion 5 Pro, AMD Ryzen 7 6800H, 32GB Ram, and a RTX 3070ti While using this with my laptop, the only issue that I had was a clicking noise through the monitor speaker whether I was using audio or not. To fix this, I turned the monitor volume down on the monitor itself and this resolved the issue — I use headphones, so this was never a huge deal to me.
Phone Used: Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra 5G I would like to point out that I have used the same dock for my phone to stream Geforce Now, and there was no audio clicking what-so-ever. This was a test to try and help friends with no computer or modern console be able to play AAA title games like Baldur’s Gate 3 (BG3). In my testing for this use-case, this little dock kept my phone charged and allowed me to use keyboard and mouse to play BG3 with minimal delay. I believe the delay that I did feel could have been caused because I was using a TV and not a monitor.

Got this to use with my IPad Pro so I could download my photos from my SD card directly to my iPad since I don’t have a computer. It works great. I was even able to connect my camera directly to the iPad and download an app that allows me to control my camera and view my cameras view from the iPad.

I recently bought a monitor so this really comes in handy for my MacBook Pro that has very limited ports unfortunately. I haven’t experienced any delay or problem but I’ve only had it for 1-2 weeks.

Having recently acquired the BENFEI USB C HUB 7in1 Multiport Adapter, I find it to be a commendable addition to my setup. The diverse range of ports, including USB, HDMI, and SD card slots, caters to my various connectivity needs.
The build quality stands out, and the compact design enhances its portability. Integration with my USB-C devices has been seamless, and the transfer speeds consistently meet my expectations. The HDMI output provides sharp visuals without any discernible lag.
I’ve opted for a four-star rating as I believe there is room for improvement in the cable length provided. A slightly longer cable would offer more flexibility in positioning the hub within my workspace. Nevertheless, the BENFEI USB C HUB remains a reliable and convenient choice for those seeking a multiport adapter for their USB-C devices.

I have tried so many other brands on Amazon and they were junk. Benfei is the only one, every time, on all my different devices that does the job perfectly. This works seamlessly on my MacBook Air. Stays nice and cool, instantly connects, I will definitely recommend!
